The Brisk Festival connects audiences to artists in igniting new ideas, discovering original voices, and building a community dedicated to living storytelling. Founded in 2018, it’s first edition took place in 2019 in Los Angeles at the Broadwater Theater.

This is a summary of the 2026 (VI Edition) Los Angeles Brisk Festival:

  • Where: Morgan-Wixson theatre, Santa Monica, CA.
  • When: August 22nd – September 13th, 2026.
  • Number of Plays: 51.
  • The number of participants: 210.
  • Opening Night: August 22nd 2026.
  • Finals: September 11th-13th at the Morgan-Wixson Theater.
  • Closing Night and Awards Ceremony: September 13th.
  • Performances: Saturdays & Sundays at 5:45 pm and 8:30pm.
  • Workshops: Saturdays & Sundays at 4:15pm.
